DocForm easily accepts your current host system's existing print or data stream and dynamically reformats the data into compelling and powerful documents, forms, and reports.

Customized form overlays, easily and quickly designed with DocForm, are applied to the data as it is received. The document/form can then be printed either automatically or manually on any printing device. It can also be sent out via fax or e-mail, or output to PDF and TIFF formats.

The plug-and-play design of DocForm allows easy configuration and installation. Save time and reduce costs by using the DocForm document designer.

This module allows any remote user to design his/her own document or form and submit it for printing or distribution by the DocForm server.

Print special messages when certain conditions are met; route the finished document to different printers or distribution methods based upon selected criteria; these are just a couple of the near-infinite number of conditional scenarios you can create.

The power of the conditional processing can be accessed two ways. First, for the casual user, graphical wizards easily guide you through the most popular conditional scripts. Second, the advanced power user has direct access to scripting through JavaScript (JScript).

Establish specific trigger conditions to dynamically repurpose content so that a single input data stream can be distributed ("bursted") to multiple destinations. The data stream can be reformatted, on-the-fly, into Postscript, PCL, PDF and TIFF for print, e-mail, archive, COLD, fax, and routed to other applications.

Easy Metacode Translation

The MetaFormConvert module seamlessly and easily translates your existing Xerox Metacode forms for use within your DocForm project. Once translated into a native DocForm template you can easily edit, update, modernize, and deliver - all without having to redraw your existing Metacode forms.
