The Challenge

Host Integration Server is Microsoft's mainframe gateway. Companies use it to integrate their legacy host applications with newer solutions developed using the Microsoft Windows platform. 

A physical connection needs to be established between the mainframe and the PC running Host Integration Server.

The Solution

We have two ways to help you connect your Host Integration Server to your mainframe.  Our Barr/Sync product works over SDLC lines.  The Barr/Channel product uses either bus & tag or Escon to establish the physical connection.
